A trained technician will setup and configure a new server with the creation of a domain. All local computers and devices added to the network, and will be configured for automatic backups to the server.

Your office can have a technician either come in to your office and perform upgrades on your systems or have your system(s) picked up to have upgrades performed.
Upgrade offerings range from memory upgrades, to processor, hard drive, DVD drive, motherboard, power supply, video card, to hardware repairs such as screen replacement in laptops, and replacement dc jacks. Not all servicers are offered On-site.Starting At: $59.99

1 Year on-site service contract provides maintenance for desktops and servers within a single location. This service includes a twice a year visit from a trained technician that will do a full range of maintenance services.
The first setup when a contract is created the technician will create a set of restore disks for each computer to ensure that each one can be restored easily to its current functioning condition and a binder will be made for the office location with a detailed inventory of each computer.
Remote services will also be configured for each desktop. Remote services will be provided for basic troubleshooting with discounts on extended services such as virus removals, or managed anti-virus software.

We keep track of all your computer systems and servers, set up updates, control managed antivirus. All your systems will be watched with Proactive monitoring tools that will report any issues to our help desks before you even know there's an issue.
We also will be responsible for any software troubleshooting (excluding proprietary software), virus issues, and hardware repairs. Many of which can be solved remotely in the shortest time possible.
All managed computers will have access to our help desk and be able to create trouble tickets. The following services are offered as part of your Managed IT Service contract Monthly: $24.99 /PC
