These services are provided remotely over a secure internet connection and does not require you to take your equipment out of your home or office or in most cases, have a technician visit your work place.

Basic Managed Service Package

Our basic managed service package is designed for those that just need a little help now and then with PC troubleshooting and regular system optimizations.

As part of your service package you get free diagnostics and troubleshooting, a basic antivirus and a system optimization every 90 days. This allows your system to operate at maximum speed and efficiency.

This proactive maintenance software package allows us to ensure that your computer has all the latest major windows and 3rd party security patches and required updates.

Staying current on these patches help protect your computer against spyware and other malware from directly infecting your system. You will be emailed a monthly report.

For being a subscription customer we also extend service discounts to you for any service needs that fall outside of your subscription coverage.

    We offer fully managed support similar to what you would get being part of a large corporation.  The service includes phone, remote, and chat support 7 days a week.

    You are also entitled to in-store visits as well for any windows issue that renders your system unable to access the internet, or causes your system to be unable to boot to windows.

    Remote diagnostics cover software issues ranging from PC slowness to system crashes, blue screens and more. We will run a series of tests remotely (your PC stays where it's at and we connect to your PC from our office) and check system settings and repair any issues that need to be repaired.

    Our software repairs include windows issues, speed problems, lockups, virus and malware problems.  For any hardware repairs you have the option of a discounted in-home visit or you can drop your system off at our store for free diagnostics.

    Part of your subscription service is a large number of maintenance and protection tools that we will monitor and run for you. You won't ever have to watch settings or manage any updates. Our maintenance software includes an alert service that will allow us to often fix issues before you even know they are there.

    Managed antivirus is part of what makes the corporate environment far less prone to viruses. Managed antivirus stops many different disabling techniques by viruses that often would compromise your systems. Managed antivirus pushes updates from our server to your systems on an hourly basis. This means that you always have the latest updates and if a virus attempts to remove or disable your antivirus an alert will be sent to our servers and it will force the antivirus to restart or reinstall if its unable to restart.

    The Proactive maintenance side of the software includes patch management, system updates, disk health checks, and asset and inventory tracking. Patch management and system updates help to protect against found breaches in software.

    These patches and updates fix these breaches so that malicious code cannot enter your PC through them. This helps to safeguard your system against malware and other spyware.

    Disk health checks are run on a monthly basis which will check for hard drive failures, bad sectors and beyond. This will let you know of any possible hard drive failure long before it becomes an issue or causes system instability.

    This package is designed for small or medium sized businesses. It's meant to be as close to having your own IT department without the costs of full time employees or additional training.

    We also offer similar services for Macs (speak with a technician for more information). This service includes many different services that would cost you far more to have even a few of them completed in the same year.

    As part of your initial service we will send out a trained technician to check all your PCs for any issues, install the managed service software , label each system for repair reference, and provide a full system profile for all serviced PCs.

    The service includes phone, remote, and chat support 7 days a week. You are entitled to two free on-site visits per year with a 1 year or 2 year subscription purchase.

    Remote and Onsite diagnostics cover software and hardware issues ranging from PC slowness to system crashes, blue screens and nonfunctional computers.

    For software issues we will run a series of tests remotely (your PC stays where it's at and we connect to your PC from our office) and check system settings and repair any issues that need to be repaired. Our software repairs include windows issues, speed problems, lockups, virus and malware problems.

    Our onsite diagnostics includes having one of our certified trained technicians perform physical diagnostics on your PC to determine what is causing the issues.

    All labor fees are included as part of your subscription service no matter what issue the system has. You will only be responsible for the cost of parts which we can provide. No hardware replacement will ever be done without your consent.

    All remote services have a guaranteed response time within 1 hour. Onsite services for Workstations guarantee you a technician visit within 6 hours, and 2 hours for Servers.

    Additional services offered for customers that have a server contract are:
    • LANguard designed to to scan, detect, assess and rectify any security vulnerabilities on your network for $26/workstation per year.
    • WebMonitor web filtering is offered at $16/workstation per year. Want to avoid loss in productivity due to too much time on non-work related or dangerous sites? Stop peer to peer sharing, and block access to websites in particular categories such as adult, porn, gambling, and social networking sites (such as Facebook & Myspace).Websites can either be blocked or else allowed through with an appropriate warning/notification. The WebFilter edition also protects users from the potential risks of social engineering by blocking access to phishing websites through an auto-updatable database of phishing URLs.
